A brand with over 30 years of legacy allows creative director, Alessandro Tino, to have the wiggle room to create unique and bold designs. SS13 focuses on just that. Whether spicing up a look with a loud bowtie or swimming in anchor-printed swim trunks, the Mitchumm man doesn’t have to sacrifice style for quality.
Even though the brand is made in Italy, it still stays true to its original California aesthetic, while paying close attention to detail and fabric choices. Back in the ’70s the brand catered to the young skater and surfer crowd that inhabited Southern California.
Hoping to get back to their roots, Mitchumm has their eyes set on re-conquering the US markets. Naturally, their first stop in the land of the free is Capsule New York.
