Mr. Brainwash on La Brea
What brands are you most excited about seeing for Fall/Winter 2012-13 and why?
UNIFORM FOR THE DEDICATED because my friend Friedrik the owner is doing a great job and research keeping and incredible balance between price , quality and hype
Which trends or key items do you predict we’ll be seeing a lot of for Fall/Winter 2012-13?
Oversize tops , a lot of stuff with hoodies ( maybe some hoodie scarf in fleece or sheepskin with fur), a lot of eyeglasses or sunglasses with metal inspiration like Mykita, the comeback of the denim, it’s my personal wish, but I think that is too early for that. The chino and his “brothers” will overhang the denim for a couple of years again …
Are there any trends you’re secretly hoping will go away by next season?
Whatever people find cool, easy and comfortable. Whatever helps people to feel better with their clothes and accessories ….
Are there any new labels you think the public should be on the watch for?
PAURA, an Italian high fashion streetwear company.
What are the three best-selling items in your store right now?
NIKE AIR JORDAN , DEADMEAT, and UNIFORMS FOR THE DEDICATED
With Spring/Summer right around the corner, what are 3 pieces you think every guy needs to have in his wardrobe?
A Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply shirt, a pair of Vans and cool luggage that’s ready to travel whenever…
