First Look: Diemme AW 2012

Diemme surprised us all last winter  when they hit the US  at the (capsule) show with a great collection of Italian made hiking boots and the quaintest, old school website we ever did see. This season,  on the heels of an insatiable demand for the product,  Diemme is surprising us again with a collection of hikers and hybrids, and a spruced up online presence.

Diemme was founded in 1992 and has been manufacturing high mountaineering, trekking, military, safety and hunting footwear in Montebelluna, Italy — an area known for its craftsmanship and high quality materials used for making technical and performance footwear, dating back to the 1870s.  Diemme is still run and operated by brothers Maico and Dennis Signor.

Here’s a look at the AW 2012 collection.
